Started my diet today!

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee (black), bacon egg and cheese on unbuttered wheat toast. Lunch: Tall black eye, spinach salad with grapes, carrots, sweet peppers, hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, red wine vinigarette.
